Badly eats pizza once a week
Brian Northrup ate pizza every day for a year - and lost weight. But not only that - incredible things happened to his body during this time.
The American Brian Northrup faced a curious diet experiment some time ago - and ate pizza every day for a year.
Pizza every day for a year: This man lives after the "pizza pocalypse"
On his Instagram account, the self-proclaimed "Lord of Pizza"documents his bizarre attempt - and is always in a good mood with a large pizza in hand.
While his "Pizzapocalpyse"As he calls his experiment, he ordered a different pizza every day for 367 days, whether with sausages, extra cheese or spicy salami.
Northrup never got boring or bad. On the contrary. Northrup proudly tells its followers that he I even lost weight during that time and was able to improve my sports training.
Pizza every day - and lose weight and fitter than ever?
Even if he ate pizza every day, he was finally able to achieve his goal: At the beginning of his crazy campaign, he said he weighed around 76 kilos. In the end it was even three kilos less - and his body was even more muscular and defined.
This couple also lost an unbelievable 262 kilos together with a diet and a lot of exercise. Find out more here.
"I've gotten stronger and faster, and most importantly, I've improved my stamina over time," he wrote on Instagram on day 367.
#PIZZAPOCALYPSE THE FINAL PHYSIQUE: An ENTIRE @dominos pizza EVERY DAY for a leep year and a day (367 total) Recorded yesterday on day 367/367 The #PIZZAPOCALYPSE is complete. My final weigh in was 161.2 lbs. For comparison, my weigh in on day 1 was 167.1 lbs. I LOST 5.9 lbs eating an entire pizza every day for a year. In addition, I've increased my strength, speed, AND (most important to me) my cardiovascular endurance over the course of this endeavor. Also, I haven't been sick for a single day of this experience, nor have I injured myself a single time. Still behind on editing the final videos, but very open to ideas on where to go next, both here and on my YouTube channel (just search my name if you're not following me there yet but are interested). So PLEASE, hit me up with ideas. Eating challenges, Fitness videos, Reviews or Perspectives on anything Superhero / Comicbook / GoT / Fantasy related, videos on mindset, etc. Anyways, that's it. Thank you SO MUCH to all you Pizza Lovers out there who have been with me on this quest of deliciousness! Mischief managed.
