High Density Polyethylene (HD-PE) plastic is a high-density polyethylene, produced in a low-pressure process. Turned parts made from this HD-PE plastic have very good chemical resistance and good cold impact strength.

Ultra high molecular weight PE (UHMW-PE), with an average molar mass of up to 6000 kg / mol and a density of 0.93-0.94 g / cm3 (“UHMW” stands for “ultra high molecular weight”) is the primary solution used by friction and wear problems. The material has excellent sliding properties, extreme wear resistance and high impact strength.
UHMW-PE turned parts are also characterized by extraordinary toughness and dimensional stability even at very low temperatures.

Polypropylene (PP) is a thermoplastic material produced by chain polymerisation of propene. It belongs to the group of polyolefins and is partially crystalline and non-polar. Its properties are similar to polyethylene, but it is a little harder and more heat-resistant. Polypropylene is the second most common standard plastic.

Polypropylene homopolymer (PP-H) plastic parts are versatile - with high chemical resistance and excellent heat resistance.
