HTC Global Services is investing in regional growth with a new office in Malaysia

The IT service and solution provider HTC Global Services has moved into a new office on the 22nd floor of Q Sentral in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The opening of the new office was attended by many of the company's key executives, including Chary Mudumby, CTO, Teja Reddy, CMO and Saji Abraham who, along with consultants and customers, lead HTC's operations in the APAC region.

“This is a milestone for our growth in this region and the result of our consistent customer focus, strong customer relationships and excellent delivery quality,” said Madhava Reddy, President and CEO.

The provider is considered one of the fastest growing Asian-American companies in the US with over 11,000 employees and is headquartered in Troy, Michigan, and has delivery centers in the US, India and Malaysia.

The company has been present in Malaysia since 2002 and serves customers in key sectors such as financial services, insurance, oil and natural gas, and semiconductor manufacturing.

"We not only want to give our customers the opportunity to digitally transform, but also offer our employees a supportive work environment that encourages creativity and inspires innovation," said Mudumby.

"Our KL office also serves as an innovation hub, showcasing the global work of AI, IoT, Mobility AR / VR and other emerging technologies from HTC for the benefit of its customers in this region."

The company is also a SAP service partner with over 18 years of experience in SAP consulting, customization, implementation, maintenance and support.

Other partnerships include Salesforce, which provides service support for critical applications that work from the cloud, including the provision of customer-centric services.

HTC also provides managed infrastructure and cloud services, helping businesses host, migrate, manage and maintain key end-to-end infrastructure.
