Self-assessment and self-worth: what does success mean to you?

When it comes to our successes, self-assessment and self-esteem go hand in hand. We are not only happy about our successes because we have achieved something that we have set ourselves.   1. Keep a success diary

    The success diary is a Classic among the reflection methods. It works in a similar way to a positive list: Take time in the evening, ideally always at the same time, to write down five to ten successes of the day. As you read it and over time, it will become increasingly easier for you not only to see and name many successes - you will also become more aware of your own strengths. However, you should keep such a success diary for at least four to six weeks in order to notice the first effects in everyday work. Of course, it doesn't hurt to continue the diary afterwards.

  2. Identify the success share
