How can you forward your emails online

Set up forwarding

Sometimes it makes sense to only forward your e-mails to another mailbox, for example to a colleague who is representing you, for a certain period of time, for example during a vacation or a business trip.

  1. Under Forwarding, select the option forward in the time from out.
  2. In the first field, enter the Start date of forwarding and in the second field that Forwarding end date a.
  3. In the relevant fields, enter the email addresses to which you want your emails to be forwarded during this period.
    You have the option of entering up to two email addresses to which you would like to forward the emails from this mailbox.
  4. If you want to keep a copy of the emails to be forwarded in this mailbox, check the box Copies in the mailbox to keep.
  5. Click on "Save".


    Before forwarding can be activated, the specified e-mail address must be confirmed. After saving the setting, an email with an activation link will be sent to the specified email address. Confirm the destination address by clicking on the activation link.

After the destination address has been confirmed, your emails will be forwarded to the specified email addresses within the specified period.
